How can price be far below the market price?

All the products in our store are imitation products. Therefore, the price of products in our store is much lower than what you buy in stores or resale shops.

Why my trackling number isn’t working?

Tracking numbers can take 3-5 business days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system after we send international express. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I’d like to modify my order.

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes within 2 hours after your order is placed.

I’d like to cansel my order.

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer order cancellations within 2 hours after your order is placed.

I need help with a late order.

For Local, Orders from our store typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 7 to 15 business days.

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
